The Traverse City Central Trojans (Traverse City, MI) basketball knocked off the visiting Alpena Wildcats (Alpena, MI), 54-39 in Friday's league contest.
The Trojans now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Muskegon for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 31. Traverse City Central will meet a Big Reds team coming off a 38-27 league win over Mona Shores (Norton Shores, MI). The Big Reds record now stands at 8-6.
The Wildcats (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Cadillac (Cadillac, MI). The Vikings enter the Big North contest with a 5-9 record.
