New Glarus Glarner Knights (New Glarus, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Cambridge Bluejays (Cambridge, WI), 67-48 in a league bout.

With the win, New Glarus upgrades its record to 17-0 on the season. The Glarner Knights host Mount Horeb (Mount Horeb, WI) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Monday, January 30. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 5-14. Mount Horeb lost 64-57 in their recent league bout against Baraboo (Baraboo, WI)

Next up, the Bluejays clash with the Deerfield Demons (Deerfield, WI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 28. Cambridge will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Demons go into the bout with a 14-3 record after their 46-26 league win over Williams Bay (Williams Bay, WI).
