The Tigers (15-11) will now prepare for their test against Royal (Brookshire, TX). The Falcons go into the 4A Region IV District 25 test with a 19-7 record. In their last test, Royal thwarted Needville (Needville, TX), 72-28, in a league test.

The Bluejays now own a 3-21 record. They play next when they travel to El Campo for a 4A Region IV District 25 test on Tuesday, January 31. Needville will encounter a Ricebirds squad coming off a 75-33 league loss to Navasota (Navasota, TX). The Ricebirds record now stands at 10-13.
