Handley Judges (Winchester, VA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host James Wood Colonels (Winchester, VA), 42-10 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Handley upgrades its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Judges host Sherando (Stephens City, VA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 10-5.

Next up, the Colonels play the Central Woodstock Falcons (Woodstock, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. James Wood will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 10-7 record after their 39-26 non-league win over Luray (Luray, VA).
