The Handley Judges basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting James Wood Colonels to 26 in the Judges non-league victory on Friday.
The Judges now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Skyline for a non-league contest on Monday, January 9. Handley will meet a Hawks team coming off a 43-34 non-league win over Sherando (Stephens City, VA). The Hawks record now stands at 8-1.
With the defeat, James Wood moves to 2-10 on the year. The Colonels host Kettle Run (Nokesville, VA) to meet the Cougars in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 10. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 5-0.
