With the victory, Swain County improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Maroon Devils travel to Murphy (Murphy, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 13-1. Murphy won 64-45 in their recent league challenge against Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC)

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Cherokee Braves (Cherokee, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Hayesville will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record.
