In Saturday's league outing, the Eastern Musketeers (Pekin, IN) basketball squad beat the visiting Salem Lions (Salem, IN), by a count of 72-54.
The Musketeers (7-9) will now prepare for their outing against Henryville (Henryville, IN). The Hornets go into the non-league outing with a 5-10 record. In their last outing, Henryville was topped by South Central (Elizabeth, IN), 62-49, in a league outing.
The Lions now hold a 3-14 record. They play next when they travel to Silver Creek for a Mid-Southern outing on Thursday, February 1. Salem will clash with a Dragons squad coming off a 60-52 non-league win over Bloomington South (Bloomington, IN). The Dragons record now stands at 10-6.
