Glasgow Yellowjackets (Glasgow, MO) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Slater Wildcats (Slater, MO), 69-38 in a league bout.

With the victory, Glasgow upgrades its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Madison (Madison, MO) to play the Panthers in a Central bout on Monday, January 29. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 3-12. Madison lost 65-25 in their recent non-league bout against Norborne (Norborne, MO)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Sweet Springs Greyhounds (Sweet Springs, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Slater will attempt to upgrade on its 8-15 season record. The Greyhounds come into the bout with a 5-12 record after their 68-28 league loss to Lone Jack (Lone Jack, MO).
