The Berkeley Yellowjackets basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Piedmont Highlanders to 22 in the Yellowjackets league victory on Saturday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Leandro for a contest on Wednesday, January 31. Berkeley will battle a Pirates team coming off a 74-49 non-league loss to Oakland Tech (Oakland, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 5-7.
The Highlanders (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against El Cerrito (El Cerrito, CA). The Gauchos come into the non-league contest with a 10-5 record.
