The Bagdad Sultans basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Mayer Wildcats to 26 in the Sultans non-league triumph on Monday.

The Sultans now possess a 15-6 record. They play next when they host Salome for a 1A West game on Thursday, January 30. Bagdad will confront a Frogs team coming off a 48-37 league loss to San Pasqual Valley (Winterhaven, CA). The Frogs record now stands at 8-14.

With the loss, Mayer falls to 1-17 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Bagdad (Bagdad, AZ) to confront the Sultans in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 4. The Sultans go into the game with a record of 15-6.
