Rhode Island High School Basketball - Shea routs Johnston

In Monday's league contest, the host Shea Raiders basketball team scored a big 56-18 triumph over the Johnston Panthers.
The Raiders (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Pleasant (Providence, RI). The Kilties go into the Division I contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Mt. Pleasant was trounced by Tolman (Pawtucket, RI), 68-53, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI) in a Division I contest, on Wednesday, January 29. Johnston will attempt to better on its 0-14 season record. The Sentinels go into the contest with a 2-11 record after their 83-57 league loss to Barrington (Barrington, RI).
