Nebraska High School Basketball - Sutherland knocked off by Hitchcock County

In Monday's non-league test, the Hitchcock County Falcons (Trenton, NE) basketball squad knocked off the host Sutherland Sailors (Sutherland, NE), by a score of 50-31.

Next, the Falcons encounter the Southern Valley Eagles (Oxford, NE) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 4. Hitchcock County will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 14-4 record after their 50-31 non-league win over Arapahoe (Arapahoe, NE).

The Sailors (3-13) will now prepare for their test against Garden County (Oshkosh, NE). The Eagles come into the non-league test with a 8-8 record. In their last test, Garden County beat Creek Valley (Chappell, NE), 57-20, in a league test.
