North Carolina High School Basketball - Lakewood routs Hobbton

January 27, 2025: Roseboro, NC 28385

In Monday's league contest, the host Lakewood Leopards basketball team scored a big 58-35 triumph over the Hobbton Wildcats.

The Leopards (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Rosewood (Goldsboro, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Rosewood was trounced by Union (Rose Hill, NC), 44-42, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Wildcats confront the North Duplin Rebels (Calypso, NC) in a contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Hobbton will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record. The Rebels go into the contest with a 4-8 record after their 58-47 league loss to Lakewood (Roseboro, NC).
