Connecticut High School Basketball - North Branford knocked off by Haddam-Killingworth

The Haddam-Killingworth Cougars basketball team scored 75 points and held the host North Branford Thunderbirds to 63 in the Cougars league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Hampton for a Shoreline contest on Tuesday, January 31. Haddam-Killingworth will battle a Bellringers team coming off a 64-16 league win over Westbrook (Westbrook, CT). The Bellringers record now stands at 13-1.
The Thunderbirds (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Valley Regional (Deep River, CT). The Warriors enter the Shoreline contest with a 13-2 record. In their last contest, Valley Regional ran past Old Saybrook (Old Saybrook, CT), 58-32, in a league contest.
