In Tuesday's league test, the Christian Family Academy Fire (Hickory, NC) basketball squad got by the visiting Veritas Christian Academy Warriors (Arden, NC), by a score of 56-50.
Next, the Fire encounter the Lab University Prep Varsity Kings (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 31. Christian Family Academy will attempt to improve on its 16-2 season record. The Kings come into the test with a 8-11 record after their 79-70 non-league win over Walnut Grove Christian (Fort Mill, SC).
The Warriors (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC). The Eagles come into the Western Piedmont test with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Pinnacle Classical Academy held off Temple Baptist (Asheville, NC), 86-46, in a league test.
