The Bobcats/Deer come into the test with a 18-10 record after their 50-49 league win over Ingram Moore (Ingram, TX).

The Buffaloes (8-12) will now prepare for their test against Blanco (Blanco, TX). The Panthers come into the 3A Region I District 5 test with a 15-9 record. In their last test, Blanco overcame Brady (Brady, TX), 41-36, in a league test.
