In Tuesday's league contest, the host Seymour Warriors basketball team scored a close 62-58 triumph over the Mormon Trail Saints.
The Warriors (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Ankeny Christian Academy (Ankeny, IA). The go into the Bluegrass contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, Ankeny Christian Academy nipped Twin Cedars (Bussey, IA), 71-33, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Saints confront the Twin Cedars Sabers (Bussey, IA) in a Bluegrass contest, on Friday, January 31. Mormon Trail will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Sabers go into the contest with a 4-9 record after their 71-33 league loss to Ankeny Christian Academy (Ankeny, IA).
