Mississippi High School Basketball - Charleston holds off O'Bannon

The Charleston Tigers basketball team scored 36 points and limited the host O'Bannon Greenwaves to 35 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now possess a 10-9 record. They play next when they travel to Leflore County for a 2A Region 3 game on Friday, January 31. Charleston will confront a Tigers team coming off a 33-27 league loss to North Side (Shelby, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 9-13.
With the loss, O'Bannon falls to 11-9 on the campaign. The Greenwaves travel to Riverside (Avon, MS) to battle the Bulldogs in a 2A Region 3 contest on Friday, January 31. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a record of 10-9.
