North Carolina High School Basketball - Cox Mill overwhelms West Cabarrus

The Cox Mill Chargers basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting West Cabarrus Wolverines to 48 in the Chargers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Chargers now possess a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to A.L. Brown for a 4A Greater Metro game on Friday, January 31.

With the loss, West Cabarrus falls to 10-8 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC) to confront the Ragin' Bulls in a 4A Greater Metro game on Thursday, January 30. The Ragin' Bulls go into the game with a record of 13-5. Hickory Ridge won 62-46 in their recent league contest against Mooresville (Mooresville, NC)
