With the victory, Fillmore Central advances its record to 13-13 on the year. The Falcons host Bethlehem Academy (Faribault, MN) to face the Cardinals in a A Section 1 match on Thursday, February 6. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 7-10.

The Lancers now own a 2-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westby for a non-league match on Friday, January 31. La Crescent will face a Norsemen squad coming off a 57-41 non-league win over Richland Center (Richland Center, WI). The Norsemen record now stands at 6-10.
