The Union County Fightin' Tigers basketball squad (Lake Butler, FL), was nudged 23-22 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Baker County Wildcats (Glen St. Mary, FL)

With the victory, Baker County advances its record to 17-2 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Middleburg (Middleburg, FL) to meet the Broncos in a non-league battle on Thursday, January 30. The Broncos enter the battle with a record of 0-4.

The Fightin' Tigers now own a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hamilton County for a battle on Friday, January 31. Union County will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 30-27 non-league win over Lafayette (Mayo, FL). The Trojans record now stands at 3-2.
