Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC), 81-34 in a league match.

With the victory, Huss upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Huskies travel to Crest (Shelby, NC) to face the Chargers in a match on Friday, January 31. The Chargers enter the match with a record of 5-4. Crest lost 73-70 in their recent non-league match against Forestview (Gastonia, NC)

The Wildcats now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stuart W. Cramer for a non-league match on Friday, January 31. North Gaston will face a Storm squad coming off a 64-45 non-league loss to Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC). The Storm record now stands at 11-5.
