The Northpoint Christian Trojans basketball team (Southaven, MS), was defeated 70-59 in Monday's league contest with the host First Assembly Christian Crusaders (Cordova, TN)

The Crusaders now sport a 19-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. George's for a Division II-A West District 6 contest on Friday, February 2. First Assembly Christian will battle a Gryphons team coming off a 65-58 league loss to Harding Academy (Memphis, TN). The Gryphons record now stands at 7-12.

The Trojans (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lausanne Collegiate (Memphis, TN). The Lynx enter the Division II-A West District 6 contest with a 6-12 record. In their last contest, Lausanne Collegiate was defeated by Evangelical Christian (Cordova, TN), 42-40, in a league contest.
