The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Bonneville Lakers (Washington Terrace, UT) and the host Clearfield Falcons (Clearfield, UT), observed Bonneville's basketball team knock off Clearfield by a score of 60-49.

The Lakers (8-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Roy (Roy, UT). The Royals come into the 5A Region 5 challenge with a 5-13 record. In their last challenge, Roy prevailed over Northridge (Layton, UT), 65-56, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Woods Cross Wildcats (Woods Cross, UT) in a 5A Region 5 challenge, on Friday, January 31. Clearfield will attempt to improve on its 2-16 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 64-49 league win over Box Elder (Brigham City, UT).
