Next, the Knights clash with the Indian River Braves (Chesapeake, VA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, January 29. Kellam will attempt to upgrade on its 13-3 season record. The Braves come into the test with a 10-2 record after their 80-55 league loss to Nansemond River (Suffolk, VA).

The Chiefs (8-6) will now prepare for their test against Menchville (Newport News, VA). The Monarchs come into the non-league test with a 3-11 record. In their last test, Menchville went down by Kecoughtan (Hampton, VA), 68-49, in a league test.
