Connecticut High School Basketball - Wheeler overwhelms Lyman Memorial

The Wheeler Lions basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Lyman Memorial Bulldogs to 44 in the Lions league triumph on Wednesday.
The Lions now possess a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Haddam-Killingworth for a non-league game on Saturday, February 1.
With the loss, Lyman Memorial falls to 1-12 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Ledyard (Ledyard, CT) to play the Colonels in a non-league game on Friday, January 31. The Colonels go into the game with a record of 5-6.
