California High School Basketball - Ponderosa thwarts Bella Vista

January 29, 2025: Shingle Springs, CA 95682

The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) and the visiting Bella Vista Broncos (Fair Oaks, CA), observed Ponderosa's basketball team knock off Bella Vista by a score of 50-35.

The Bruins (10-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA). The Falcons come into the challenge with a 15-7 record. In their last challenge, Christian Brothers prevailed over Woodcreek (Roseville, CA), 64-60, in a league challenge.
