California High School Basketball - Ponderosa victorious over Bella Vista

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Ponderosa Bruins basketball team scored a good 51-40 triumph over the Bella Vista Broncos.

The Bruins (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA). The Falcons go into the contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Christian Brothers was topped by Jesuit (Carmichael, CA), 63-27, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Broncos battle the Rio Americano Raiders (Sacramento, CA) in a contest, on Thursday, January 9. Bella Vista will attempt to better on its 8-8 season record. The Raiders go into the contest with a 10-6 record after their 69-56 league loss to Woodcreek (Roseville, CA).
