North Carolina High School Basketball - Brevard fells Pisgah

Brevard Blue Devils (Brevard, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC), 77-66 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Brevard upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Blue Devils host Chase (Forest City, NC) to play the Trojans in a 2A Conference 41 bout on Friday, January 6. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 4-8. Chase lost 63-55 in their recent league bout against Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC)
Next up, the Bears play the Tuscola Mountaineers (Waynesville, NC) in a 3A Conference 54 bout, on Friday, January 6. Pisgah will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Mountaineers go into the bout with a 2-12 record after their 76-54 non-league win over Rosman (Rosman, NC).
