The Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Brevard Blue Devils (Brevard, NC), 80-62 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Bears (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Franklin (Franklin, NC). The Panthers go into the 3A Conference 54 test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Franklin notched a victory over Tuscola (Waynesville, NC), 91-39, in a league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to East Rutherford for a 2A Conference 41 test on Friday, December 16. Brevard will encounter a Cavaliers squad coming off a 62-60 non-league loss to Chesnee (Chesnee, SC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-4.
