With the win, Floodwood upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Polar Bears travel to Cook County (Grand Marais, MN) to clash with the Vikings in a A Section 7 bout on Friday, January 6. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Cook County lost 75-30 in their recent non-league bout against Bigfork (Bigfork, MN)

Next up, the Wrens clash with the Cherry Tigers (Iron, MN) in a A Section 7 bout, on Thursday, January 5. Wrenshall will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 66-60 non-league loss to New Life Academy/Van Wyk HomeSchool (Woodbury, MN).
