Michigan High School Basketball - Kingsford knocked off by West Iron County

The West Iron County Wykons basketball team scored 39 points and held the host Kingsford Flivvers to 28 in the Wykons non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wykons now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Forest Park for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6.
The Flivvers (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Marquette (Marquette, MI). The Redmen enter the Great Northern U.P. contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Marquette ran past Boyne City (Boyne City, MI), 43-36, in a non-league contest.
