Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the LaGrange Grangers (LaGrange, GA) and the host North Clayton Eagles (College Park, GA), saw LaGrange's basketball squad knock off North Clayton by a tally of 52-40.

With the victory, LaGrange improves its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Grangers host Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA) to play the Wildcats in a AAAA Region 4 challenge on Saturday, January 7. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-9.

Next up, the Eagles play the Riverdale Raiders (Riverdale, GA) in a AAAA Region 4 challenge, on Friday, January 6. North Clayton will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 40-31 league win over Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA).
