The Suitland Rams basketball team (Forestville, MD), was nudged 47-43 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Laurel Spartans (Laurel, MD)
The Spartans now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parkdale for a Prince George's County 4A battle on Thursday, January 5. Laurel will confront a Panthers team coming off a 64-7 league win over Bladensburg (Bladensburg, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 6-3.
The Rams (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against DuVal (Lanham, MD). The Tigers come into the Prince George's County 4A battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, DuVal was nudged by Bowie (Bowie, MD), 52-40, in a league battle.
