In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Myers Park Mustangs basketball team scored a tight 51-49 triumph over the Palisades Pumas.
In their next game, the Mustangs meet the South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 10. Myers Park will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record.
With the defeat, Palisades moves to 6-4 on the year. The Pumas travel to Berry (Charlotte, NC) to meet the Cardinal in a non-league match on Friday, January 6. The Cardinal enter the match with a record of 3-5.
