Next, the Yellowjackets encounter the Meyer Ravens (Waco, TX) in a 2A Region II District 12 test, on Tuesday, January 7. Meridian will attempt to improve on its 13-3 season record.

The Wampus Cats (15-7) will now prepare for their test against Bosqueville (Waco, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 2A Region II District 12 test with a 15-3 record. In their last test, Bosqueville went down by Crawford (Crawford, TX), 49-33, in a league test.
