The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the South Point Pointers (South Point, OH) and the host Rock Hill Redmen (Ironton, OH), observed South Point's basketball team edge Rock Hill by a score of 44-39.
The Pointers (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenup County (Greenup, KY). The Musketeers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-9 record. In their last challenge, Greenup County was tipped by Rowan County (Morehead, KY), 73-35, in a non-league challenge.

Rock Hill will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Black Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 63-42 league loss to Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV).
