The Lyndon Academy Terriers basketball team (Woodstock, GA), was nudged 66-63 in Monday's league battle with the host Praise Academy Lions (Powder Springs, GA)
The Lions now possess a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shiloh Hills Christian for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 31. Praise Academy will confront a Challengers team coming off a 81-55 league win over Unity Christian (Rome, GA). The Challengers record now stands at 6-8.
The Terriers (11-8) will now prepare for their battle against Excel Christian Academy (Cartersville, GA). The Eagles come into the GAPPS - I-AA Region 1 battle with a 14-8 record. In their last battle, Excel Christian Academy edged Hearts Academy (Powder Springs, GA), 88-27, in a non-league battle.
