Georgia High School Basketball - Praise Academy thwarts Lyndon Academy

The Praise Academy Lions (Powder Springs, GA) basketball knocked off the host Lyndon Academy Terriers (Woodstock, GA), 69-60 in Thursday's league test.
The Lions (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Dominion Christian (Marietta, GA). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 10-1 record. In their last test, Dominion Christian went down by Heritage (Newnan, GA), 59-32, in a non-league test.
The Terriers now own a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Unity Christian for a GAPPS - I-AA Region 1 test on Monday, January 9. Lyndon Academy will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 66-65 non-league loss to Georgia-Cumberland Academy (Calhoun, GA). The Lions record now stands at 4-8.
