In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Custer County Cowboys (Miles City, MT) basketball squad beat the visiting Baker Spartans (Baker, MT), by a count of 54-45.
The Cowboys (4-9) will now prepare for their outing against Fergus (Lewistown, MT). The Golden Eagles go into the A Northeast outing with a 3-9 record.
The Spartans now hold a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Huntley Project for a B District 3 outing on Friday, February 2. Baker will clash with a Red Devils squad coming off a 72-70 league loss to St. Labre Indian Catholic (Ashland, MT). The Red Devils record now stands at 7-7.
