Michigan High School Basketball - New Buffalo edges Buchanan

January 30, 2024: New Buffalo, MI 49117

The New Buffalo Bison (New Buffalo, MI) basketball nipped the visiting Buchanan Bucks (Buchanan, MI), 38-33 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Bison (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Eau Claire (Eau Claire, MI). The Beavers go into the Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, Eau Claire was tipped by Mendon (Mendon, MI), 82-78, in a non-league test.

The Bucks now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Brandywine for a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - Red test on Thursday, February 1. Buchanan will encounter a Bobcats squad coming off a 50-46 non-league win over Edwardsburg (Edwardsburg, MI). The Bobcats record now stands at 12-2.
