Michigan High School Basketball - New Buffalo falls to Buchanan

In Thursday's non-league match, the host Buchanan Bucks basketball team scored a good 58-44 triumph over the New Buffalo Bison.

In their next game, the Bucks meet the Climax-Scotts Panthers (Climax, MI) in a non-league match, on Friday, January 5. Buchanan will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 3-4 record after their 45-40 league loss to Colon (Colon, MI).

With the defeat, New Buffalo moves to 1-6 on the year. The Bison travel to Covert (Covert, MI) to meet the Bulldogs in a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White match on Tuesday, January 9. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 1-3. Covert lost 69-28 in their recent league match against Michigan Lutheran (St. Joseph, MI)
