Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Christ the Cornerstone Academy Defenders (Laurinburg, NC) and the visiting Temple Christian Tigers (Rockingham, NC), saw Christ the Cornerstone Academy's basketball squad wallop Temple Christian by a count of 57-30.
With the victory, Christ the Cornerstone Academy upgrades its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Defenders travel to Grace Christian (Loris, SC) to play the Wildcats in a Carolinas Christian challenge on Friday, February 2. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-7.
Next up, the Tigers play the Cornerstone Christian Academy Cougars (Fayetteville, NC) in a Carolinas Christian challenge, on Thursday, February 1. Temple Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 58-57 league win over Mintz Christian Academy (Roseboro, NC).
