With the win, DeSoto upgrades its record to 16-10 on the season. The Eagles travel to Lake Ridge (Mansfield, TX) to play the Eagles in a 6A Region II District 11 bout on Friday, February 2. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 24-5. Lake Ridge won 72-45 in their recent league bout against Skyline (Dallas, TX)

Next up, the Broncos play the Waxahachie Indians (Waxahachie, TX) in a 6A Region II District 11 bout, on Friday, February 2. Mansfield Legacy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-17 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 17-10 record after their 83-77 league loss to Duncanville (Duncanville, TX).
