Florida High School Basketball - Hope Christian Academy can't hold off Old Plank Christian Academy

The Old Plank Christian Academy Defenders basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Hope Christian Academy Lions to 61 in the Defenders non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Defenders now sport a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Joseph Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Old Plank Christian Academy will battle a Flashes team coming off a 50-45 non-league loss to Father Lopez (Daytona Beach, FL). The Flashes record now stands at 10-14.
The Lions (14-3) will now prepare for their contest against Open Bible Christian (Valdosta, GA). The enter the Southeastern Christian contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Open Bible Christian was nudged by CHESS Academy (Tifton, GA), 73-58, in a non-league contest.
