With the win, Mitchell upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Kernels travel to Sturgis Brown (Sturgis, SD) to play the Scoopers in a AA bout on Friday, February 2. The Scoopers go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Sturgis Brown lost 66-46 in their recent non-league bout against More (Rapid City, SD)

Next up, the Cavaliers play the Sioux Falls Christian Chargers (Sioux Falls, SD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 13-0 record after their 89-73 non-league win over Canton (Canton, SD).
