The Ballard Bombers basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the host Gilbert Tigers to 50 in the Bombers league victory on Tuesday.

The Bombers now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Polk for a Raccoon River contest on Friday, February 2. Ballard will battle a Comets team coming off a 62-45 league win over Winterset (Winterset, IA). The Comets record now stands at 17-2.

The Tigers (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against A-D-M (Adel, IA). The Tigers come into the Raccoon River contest with a 6-10 record. In their last contest, A-D-M was nudged by Carroll (Carroll, IA), 48-39, in a league contest.
