In Tuesday's league outing, the Salem Spartans (Salem, VA) basketball squad felled the visiting Christiansburg Blue Demons (Christiansburg, VA), by a margin of 54-39.
The Spartans (18-1) will now prepare for their outing against Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA). The Patriots go into the River Ridge outing with a 16-4 record. In their last outing, Patrick Henry thwarted Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA), 41-27, in a league outing.
