The Hazel Green Trojans (Hazel Green, AL) basketball crushed the visiting Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL), 53-32 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Trojans (25-4) will now prepare for their test against Mae Jemison (Huntsville, AL). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 5-12 record. In their last test, Mae Jemison walloped Lawrence County (Moulton, AL), 58-31, in a non-league test.
The Buccaneers now own a 21-7 record. They play next when they travel to Spain Park for a non-league test on Thursday, February 1. Hoover will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 47-35 non-league win over McAdory (McCalla, AL). The Jaguars record now stands at 9-19.
