The Waupaca Comets basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Oconto Falls Panthers to 46 in the Comets league victory on Tuesday.

The Comets now sport a 4-21 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Little Chute for a North Eastern contest on Friday, February 2. Waupaca will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 63-17 league loss to Freedom (Freedom, WI). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-18.

The Panthers (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Freedom (Freedom, WI). The Irish come into the North Eastern contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Freedom prevailed over Little Chute (Little Chute, WI), 63-17, in a league contest.
